What does Quantum AEP manufacture?

Quantum AEP produces extruded stock shapes such as rods, plates and tubular bars made from high-performance engineering plastics, including PEEK, Ultem, PPS, PVDF, and Delrin AF.

No. We supply stock shapes only. This avoids any conflict of interest with our customers and machine shops and allows us to focus fully on material quality and process control.

Do you provide cut-to-size products?

Yes. Quantum AEP offers precision cut-to-size services for rods, plates, and tubular bars to your specified dimensions and tolerances. This service is available for an additional fee and helps machine shops reduce setup time, minimize material waste, and improve overall machining efficiency.

Do you provide technical support for material selection?

Yes. Our team can review your application requirements and recommend suitable materials and grades based on operating temperature, load, chemical exposure, and machining needs.

Can Quantum AEP provide custom sizes or special dimensions?

Yes. In addition to standard rod and plate sizes, we can produce custom dimensions depending on the material and project requirements.

Are data sheets and compliance documents available?

Yes. Complete data sheets, material traceability documentation, and applicable compliance information (including RoHS and REACH status) are provided with every shipment.

Do you maintain batch-to-batch consistency?

Yes. Controlled extrusion parameters, proprietary annealing cycles, and standardized inspections ensure consistent performance from batch to batch.

How do you sell your products?
